At Homeline Furniture, we want you to love your new home additions; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack it securely in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all hardware and assembly manuals included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our dedicated logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for curbside collection from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
